Training around a long commute

  1. Pick the number of days you can really keep — 3 steady days beat 6 you skip.
  2. Short on time? Set 30–40 minutes and the plan fits the session to it without cutting rest.
  3. Gym crowded at peak hours? Mark your equipment as home or minimal and train at home.
