Cues

  1. Start on knees, wheel under shoulders
  2. Roll forward as far as you can with neutral spine
  3. Pull back using abs (not arms)
  4. PPT throughout — no lumbar arch

Demanding on lower back if not strong yet. Build with planks first.

Progression

Knees → toes (huge jump in difficulty).
